Conditions of sale

Arrival : from 15h00. Please notify the hotel if you are not expected to arrive after 21h00.

Departure : before 11h00.

Breakfast : continental breakfast is served from 07h30 a.m. to 10h00 a.m., available on reservation as we collect fresh products from the bakery early morning.

Reservation :  to confirm your booking, all reservation must be accompanied with a number of a credit card valid at the date of your stay, or a deposit must be paid of the total amount payable for the reservation.

Welcome :‍ in order to preserve the tranquility and atmosphere of our establishment, we welcome guests 14 years of age and older only.

Pets : the hotel does not accept pets.

Accessibility : our hotel is not equipped with a reduced mobility room.

Cancellation or modification :

■ If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

■ If cancelled or modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

■ In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The Consumer Code - Right of withdrawal :

Customers are reminded that, in accordance with article L. 121-21-8 12°of the Consumer Code, they do not have a right of withdrawal as provided for in article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code. The Terms and Conditions of Sales for the selected price ‘specify the procedures for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.

The Consumer Code – Resort to a mediator :

In accordance with Article L.111-1, 6° of the French Consumer Code, guests are informed that they have the right to refer a dispute to a consumer mediator.

After first contacting the hotel’s complaints department, and if no satisfactory response is received or no response is provided within 60 days, the guest may refer the matter, free of charge, to the Tourism and Travel Mediator.
